Plotosus lineatus (Striped Catfish) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family eeltail catfishes. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are carnivores. Individuals can grow to 32 cm. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is oviparous and iteroparous.
