Coreopsis tinctoria (Golden Tickseed) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Americas, Canada, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by Pearl Crescent, bees & apoid Wasps, Icaricia acmon, and Red Admiral. Individuals can grow to 3 feet.
