Echinacea pallida (Pale Purple Coneflower) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Eastern North America, North America, The Contiguous United States, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by bees & apoid Wasps, Atrichopogon fusculus, Therioplectes, and Leaf-cutter and Resin Bees. Individuals can grow to 0.37 m.
