Erigeron bonariensis is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to Amazônia, Pampa, Roraima, Espirito Santo, Tocantins, Bahia, Pará, São Paulo, Amazônia, Maranhao, Rondônia, Rio de Janeiro, Mato Grosso, Goiás, Mata Atlântica, Rio Grande do Sul, Rio Grande do Norte, Distrito Federal, Pantanal, Cerrado, Minas Gerais, Caatinga, Sergipe, Ceará, Acre (Brazil), Santa Catarina, Amapá, Piauí, Pernambuco, Alagoas, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraná, and Paraíba. Erigeron bonariensis has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Eretmocera syleuta Meyrick 1926. Erigeron bonariensis is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 0.38 m.
