Ruellia strepens (Limestone Wild Petunia) is a species of perennial herb in the family Acanthaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and purple flowers. Flowers are visited by Trypoxylon, Tetralonia, Holcopasites heliopsis, and Pyrota mylabrina. Individuals can grow to 1.1 m.
