Baccharis angustifolia (Saltwater False Willow) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to South Carolina, Louisiana, Florida, Southeastern U.S.A., Georgia, The Contiguous United States, Alabama, The Neotropics, Mississippi, and North Carolina. They have simple, broad leaves, white flowers, and achenes. Flowers are visited by house flies and relatives, flesh flies, Carposcalis, and Dialictus. Individuals can grow to 4 m.
