Bidens laevis (Smooth Beggartick) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Mata AtlâNtica, Rio Grande Do Sul, Eastern North America, Pampa, North America, Santa Catarina, Paraná, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by Trirhabda, Myzinum carolinianum, Long-windged Skipper, and Common Eastern Bumble Bee. Individuals can grow to 3.3 feet.
