Cabralea canjerana is a species of tree in the family Meliaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Distrito Federal, Bahia, Caatinga, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Rio De Janeiro, SãO Paulo, South America, Rio Grande Do Sul, Paraná, Espirito Santo, Alagoas, GoiáS, Cerrado, Acre (Brazil), Amazônia, Mata Atlântica, and Santa Catarina. They have compound, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Individuals can grow to 3.5 m.
