Parathelypteris noveboracensis (New York Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Thelypteridaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to North America, The Contiguous United States, Canada, United States, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, and Eastern North America. They have compound, broad leaves and brown flowers. Individuals can grow to 0.46 m. They have alternation of generations.
