Nephrolepis cordifolia (Narrow Swordfern) is a species of perennial herb in the family sword ferns. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to Hawaii, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, Pan Tropic, Australia, Rio de Janeiro, Espirito Santo, Santa Catarina, Paraná, Acre (Brazil), Minas Gerais, Mata Atlântica, Goiás, Pernambuco, Distrito Federal, Pará, Bahia, Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo, and Rondônia. Narrow Swordfern has compound, broad leaves. It is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 1 m.
