Nucula semiornata d'Orbigny 1842

Nucula semiornata is a species of mussels in the family nut shells. Dead Nucula semiornata form shallow marine sediments. They are detritivores. Individuals can grow to 8 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are facultatively mobile animals.
