Smallanthus uvedalia is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Neotropics. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Common Eastern Bumblebee, Honey bee, Melissodes communis communis, and Pure Green Augochlora.
