Gentiana verna (Spring Gentian) is a species of perennial herb in the family Gentianaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Bombus wurflenii and Shrill carder bee. Individuals can grow to 0.046 m.
