Iris pseudacorus (Yellow Flag, Yellow Iris) is a species of perennial herb in the family Iridaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Turkey, Yugoslavia, Iran, Italy, Romania, Palestine, Algeria, Portugal, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belgium, Bulgaria, Israel, Spain, Germany, Austria, Poland, Estonia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Sweden, Greece, Finland, Latvia, Denmark, Morocco, Ireland, Hungary, Russia, France, Lithuania, Norway, Moldova, Czech Republic, Syria, and Belarus. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Vanessa braziliensis, Bicolored Agapostemon, Viceroy, and Melanostoma scalare. Individuals can grow to 0.84 m.
