Symphytum uplandicum (Comfrey) is a species of perennial herb in the family Boraginaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Bombus distinguendus, Bombus campestris, Colletes hederae, and Bombus sylvarum. Individuals can grow to 1.3 m.
