Tetradymia canescens (Spineless Horsebrush) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to United States, Canada, Western North America, North America, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by gossamer-winged butterflies, Satyrium fuliginosa, Dialictus, and Tharsalea heteronea. Individuals can grow to 4 feet.
