Description

Robust climber. The leaf-like cladodes are shiny dark green with a prominent vein, up to 8 cm, often slightly sickle-shaped. The woody stems are light grey with short, hooked hard thorns. The small white flowers are borne in elongated inflorescences. Fruit a red berry.
