Thymus praecox polytrichus is a subspecies of semi-woody plants in the family Lamiaceae. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Volucella bombylans, Platycheirus manicatus, Nomada fabriciana, and Lysandra bellargus. Individuals can grow to 0.057 m.
