Eryngium pendletonensis (Pendleton's Eryngo) is a species of perennial herb in the family Apiaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States. Flowers are visited by Oxybelus americanus, Toxomerus politus, Cryptocephalus insertus, and Phasia robertsonii.
