Ligustrum japonicum (Japanese Privet) is a species of shrub in the family Oleaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves, white flowers, and fleshy fruit. Flowers are visited by Lasioglossum occidens, Apis cerana, Lasioglossum, and Honey bee. Individuals can grow to 6.1 m.
