Salvia coccinea (Red Sage) is a species of shrub in the family Lamiaceae. They are native to Puerto Rico, The Contiguous United States, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Flowers are visited by Baird's Sandpiper, Honey bee, Melissodes communis communis, and Black Swallowtail.
