Prunella vulgaris (Common Selfheal) is a species of perennial herb in the family Lamiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, Alaska, The Contiguous United States, and Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon. They have simple, broad leaves and purple flowers. Flowers are visited by Hylephila phyleus, Hylaeus, Petaphora maritima, and Polistes annularis. Individuals can grow to 1.5 feet.
