Verbena urticifolia (White Vervain) is a species of perennial herb in the family Verbenaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Nomada salicis, Cuphocera, Verbenapis, and Exoprosopa decora. Individuals can grow to 1.2 m.
