Pycnanthemum incanum (Hoary Mountainmint) is a species of perennial herb in the family Lamiaceae. They are listed as endangered by COSEWIC. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, and North America. Flowers are visited by Physocephala tibialis, Four-banded Stink Bug Wasp, Slender Flower Longhorn Beetle, and Zethus spinipes variegatus.
