Borago officinalis (Common Borage) is a species of annual herb in the family Boraginaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Orange-rumped bumblebee, European honey bee, Vanessa cardui, and European Paper Wasp. Individuals can grow to 0.38 m.
