Datura stramonium (Jimsonweed) is a species of shrub in the family nightshades. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They have simple, simple leaves and blue flowers. Flowers are visited by Eumea caesar, Scepsis, Say's Cuckoo-leaf-cutter, and Archytas analis. Individuals can grow to 1 m.
