Cornus amomum (Silky Dogwood) is a species of shrub in the family dogwoods. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Eastern North America, North America, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, simple leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Trachandrena, Admirals & Viceroy, Peleteria robusta, and Sarcophaga sinuata. Individuals can grow to 10 feet.
