Acer saccharinum (Silver Maple) is a species of tree in the family Sapindaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, North America, United States, and Eastern North America. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by Eumea caesar, Sarcophaga sinuata, Dasiops latifrons, and Astata unicolor. Individuals can grow to 32 m.
