Ribes cereum (Wax Currant) is a species of shrub in the family gooseberries. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Western North America and United States. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Indra Swallowtail, Andrena porterae, Large bee-fly, and Cabbage White Butterfly. Individuals can grow to 0.91 m.
