Halesia diptera (Two Wing Silverbell) is a species of tree in the family Styracaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Eastern North America and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by bees & apoid Wasps and Eastern Tiger Swallowtail. Individuals can grow to 11 m.
