Eriogonum niveum (Snow Buckwheat) is a species of perennial herb in the family Polygonaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, Western North America, and North America. They have white flowers. Flowers are visited by Bat MERS-like coronavirus, Phacelia Cellophane Bee, and Gray Hairstreak. Individuals can grow to 1.5 feet.
