Eriogonum heracleoides (Parsnipflower Buckwheat) is a species of perennial herb in the family Polygonaceae. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, Western North America, and North America. Flowers are visited by Epidemia helloides, Greenish Blue, Blue Copper, and Lupine Blue.
