Montia arvensis (Blinks) is a species of annual herb in the family Montiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Denmark, Colombia, United States, Poland, Papua New Guinea, United Kingdom, Ecuador, Romania, The Contiguous United States, Canada, Bolivia, Greenland, Switzerland, Uganda, New Zealand, Portugal, Finland, Ireland, Kenya, Belgium, Hungary, Tanzania, Norway, Alaska, The Netherlands, Russia, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Germany, Czech Republic, Iceland, Sweden, Australia, Lithuania, Angola, Spain, Italy, Morocco, Yugoslavia, Peru, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Estonia, Latvia, Greenland, Western North America, Austria, Turkey, France, Greece, and Bulgaria. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by speckled wood. Individuals can grow to 0.11 m.
