Lactuca (Lettuce) is a genus of herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to Puerto Rico, Alaska, The Contiguous United States, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, and Canada. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Dianthidium and Halictus ligatus. Individuals can grow to 0.93 m.
