Actaea racemosa (Black Baneberry) is a species of perennial herb in the family Ranunculaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Eastern North America, The Contiguous United States, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by hummingbirds, Common Eastern Bumble Bee, bees & apoid Wasps, and Giant resin bee.
