E of Delaware, ranging 2603-2630 m. Previously known from the continental slope S of Massachusetts, at about 1800 m (Erséus 1983b, 1984). Mexidrilus grasslei also occurs at 1330 m depth in the Gulf of Mexico (Erséus 1988
