Primula (Cowslip) is a genus of herb in the family Primulaceae. They are native to Greenland, Alaska, The Contiguous United States, and Canada. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Anthophora plumipes, Junonia evarete nigrosuffusa, Schinia florida, and Comma.
