Capparis is a genus of tree in the family Capparaceae. They are climbers. They are native to Hawaii, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, The Contiguous United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Flowers are visited by Brachygastra lecheguana, Frieseomelitta silvestrii, Trigona spinipes, and Mischocyttarus lanei. Individuals can grow to 5.8 m.
