Juncus articulatus (Jointed Rush) is a species of perennial grass in the family rushes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, The Contiguous United States, Alaska, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and purple flowers. Individuals can grow to 2 feet.
