Juncus tenuis (Slender Rush) is a species of perennial herb in the family rushes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Mata AtlâNtica, Alaska, Paraná, Colombia, Costa Rica, Santa Catarina, Honduras, Jamaica, United States, SãO Paulo, The Contiguous United States, Brazil, Bolivia, Guatemala, Rio De Janeiro, Peru, Rio Grande Do Sul, Minas Gerais, Mexico, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Pampa, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and green flowers. Individuals can grow to 1.5 feet.
