Lespedeza hirta (Hairy Lespedeza) is a species of perennial herb in the family Fabaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Eastern North America, Canada, and The Contiguous United States. They have compound, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by bees & apoid Wasps and Anthidiellum perplexum. Individuals can grow to 6 feet.
