Eristalis arbustorum (Syrphid Fly) is a species of flies in the family Syrphidae. They visit flowers of Bulbine frutescens, bristly hawkbit, Eriogonum fasciculatum, and hirschfeldia. They are diurnal. Individuals can grow to 10.5 mm.
