Paragus haemorrhous (Black Backed Grass Skimmer) is a species of flies in the family flower flies. They visit flowers of Akan Asante, English Stonecrop, creeping willow, and seaside fleabane. They are diurnal. Individuals can grow to 5.9 mm.
