Parthenium hysterophorus (Santa Maria Feverfew) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Americas, Saint Barthelemy, Central America, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Australia, Netherlands Antilles, South America, and Mexico. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Variegated Fritillary, American Snout, Callicista columella istapa, and Hylephila phyleus. Individuals can grow to 0.17 m.
