Madia elegans (Common Madia) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and The Americas. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Gabb's Checkerspot, Monarch, Halictus ligatus, and Hylephila phylaeus.
