Asparagus acutifolius (Lesser Asparagus) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asparagaceae. They are climbers. They have simple, acicular (needle-like) leaves and fleshy fruit. Flowers are visited by Syritta pipiens, Punctate masked bee, and Paragus. Individuals can grow to 1 m. Reproduction is dioecious.
