Cyperus luzulae (Rush Like Flatsedge) is a species of perennial herb in the family sedges. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Pampa, Rio De Janeiro, Roraima, Amazônia, ParaíBa, Espirito Santo, Santa Catarina, Caatinga, Alagoas, Rio Grande Do Sul, SãO Paulo, Piauí, Acre (Brazil), Cerrado, Pará, Tocantins, RondôNia, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Ceará, Mato Grosso, Mata Atlântica, Sergipe, Amapá, Maranhao, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Rio Grande Do Norte, Pernambuco, Distrito Federal, Pantanal, Paraná, and GoiáS. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.32 m.
