Ophichthus polyophthalmus (Large Spotted Snake Eel) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family snake eels. They are associated with freshwater habitat. Individuals can grow to 62.5 cm. They have sexual reproduction. They rely on anguilliform to move around.
