Cheiroglossa palmata (Hand Fern) is a species of tree in the family Ophioglossaceae. They are native to Amazônia, Espirito Santo, Rio De Janeiro, Mata Atlântica, Santa Catarina, Minas Gerais, Cerrado, Bahia, Paraná, Rio Grande Do Sul, GoiáS, The Contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, and SãO Paulo. They have alternation of generations.
