Melochia pyramidata (Pyramid Flower) is a species of tree in the family mallows. They are native to Cerrado, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Puerto Rico, Alagoas, ParaíBa, Paraná, Rio De Janeiro, Pernambuco, Amazônia, Sergipe, Ceará, The Contiguous United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Rio Grande Do Sul, Mato Grosso, Espirito Santo, Maranhao, GoiáS, Mata Atlântica, Distrito Federal, SãO Paulo, Caatinga, Piauí, Santa Catarina, and Bahia. Flowers are visited by Callicista columella istapa.
